Emergency Service Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Prologik Sécurité Inc. (“Service Provider”) and the client (“Indicated in step (2) of the form”) to define the terms and conditions regarding the request for an emergency service call. By requesting an emergency service call, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to provide emergency service at the Client’s request, in response to a situation requiring a rapid intervention, in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

2. Service Fees

The Client agrees to pay an hourly rate of 240 $ CAD/hour for any emergency intervention.
A minimum duration of 4 hours is required for each emergency service request, amounting to a total of 960 $ CAD for the minimum service.

If the Client is a partner client, the fees will be as specified in the partnership agreement.

3. Authority and Commitment of the Client

The Client confirms that they have the necessary authority to enter into this agreement and to accept the financial terms and conditions of the emergency service on their behalf or as a representative of an entity.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an emergency service request through the Prologik Sécurité Inc. website, the Client acknowledges and fully accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the aforementioned fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for emergency service fees will be made according to the terms agreed upon in the prior agreement with an existing client.
In the absence of a specific agreement, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

For any company without an account at Prologik Sécurité Inc., payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

6. Duration of the Agreement

This agreement is valid only for the specific emergency service call requested and does not bind the parties beyond the provision of the urgent services in question.

7. Cancellation or Modification

No cancellation or modification of the agreement is possible once the emergency service request is confirmed, unless agreed to in writing by both the Service Provider and the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider agrees to provide quality service but disclaims any liability for damages or losses not directly related to the provision of the emergency services provided.

By clicking “Accept” or confirming the service request on the website, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and agree to comply with its terms.
